Welcome to HIGHROLLER CARDS! By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Service. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

 3. Products and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of the sports cards listed on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud prevention department.

4. Payments

We accept various forms of payment, including : Email Bank Transfer, check,  PayPal, or Pay in Person. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is true and that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

5. Shipping and Returns

All items are shipped via : CANADA POST, USPS and FEDEX. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from [Your Website Name] pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Due to the nature of collectibles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is not the item you ordered (e.g., a wrong card was sent). If this happens, you must contact us within 5 days of recieving the item to initiate a return. The item must be in the same conditionas when it was sent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall highrollercards.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
